Most roof A/Cs are sealed units. What is the problem? If it's blowing cool but not cold, you probably have a leak in the system. By the time you pay someone to troubleshoot it and repair it, you'll be getting close to the cost of replacing the entire unit. And if you repair an old unit, what is next to break.
If it's a fairly new unit, it may just be a bad switch, but if it's over about 10 years old, I'd say replace the entire thing.
