As others have said the aerodynamics of a Class C is that of a brick,little can be done,but helping it reduce drag there are Air Tabs.
I have installed them on my Class C and they have improved the handling in windy conditions and when being passed by a large vehicle,as far as the fuel mileage it is to soon to tell with only 200 miles or so since the install.I do not think it will be much.

I found a video of someone that put them on a rubber roof,I have the same model only in a class C and it has a rubber roof.
