Another vote for Country Waye in Luray. it is right in the middle, 10 - 15 minutes to the park entrance. Two or three miles to the Caverns if you are into that. Incidentally there is a great car museum located at the caverns. It is about the only campground that I know that stayed the same after being bought out by KOA.
