It looks like posts about Red Max are increasing on the forums. Class A has some, 5th wheel, etc. I read all that I could find when I was thinking about trying it but now there are more. One Class A guy did his caps last year in August and the finish has lasted so far.
I was going to search for the original link to the fiberglassrv forum that Replant posted some time ago that got me reading about RMP. That is where I first read that Zep at Home Depot is the same stuff.
The Lowe's Red Max Pro is actually made by Zep which is sold at Home Depot--it's the Wet Look version that is the same, except Zep is more expensive.
This was just posted on General RVing. It even says that Zep is expanding these products to additional stores like Ace and Walmart.
So there is nothing particularly special about Red Max Pro, it is just a Lowes rebrand for Zep floor finish at Home Depot? Seems to be what they are saying.
