I think I had some residue of TSP on one side and have some peeling and flaking which I'm sure had to do with not having a clean surface. Do as I say not as I did!!!
Good point, bacabunch. I noticed that the BKF left a gritty residue, while the TSP left almost a "slimy" feel. Both steps required a good, thorough rinse to get rid of that. I used a "flow-thru" brush with a hose attached to rinse (both steps), and finished with another final rinse with just the hose, making sure that the surface no longer felt "slimy".
