My experience is that the pressure washer will remove healthy decals fairly quickly. Now I only pressure wash the fiberglass roof.:)
I think it's best to scrub that chalky stuff with barkeepers friend.

I have some barkeeper's friend but itsn't it kind of gritty to use on the fiberglass gel surface?
