Ok, I will assume you have a 50 amp RV.. IF not, stop reading this post now
IF you do read on...
Possible suspect list: in line order
1: Park power (lost a leg) NOT YOUR PROBLEM this is a park issue
2: Circuit breaker: Park pedestal.. One half tripped, other did not,, Most people believe this is not possible, I have seen it with my own eyes.
3a: Bad outlet (park problem)
3b: Bad plug (your problem)
3c: Plug only partilly in outlet (no problem, fully insert)
4: Bad cord
5: Same as 3 but the cord's outlet and motor home's inlet, all your problem though.. NOTE: Marinco Inlets and outlets you insert the outlet into the inlet and TWIST, this may be the problem, no twist.
6: Screw loose, Marinco outlet or inlet (on my rig it was the inlet, on another the outlet ALL OF THEM)
7: Bad cable inlet to Transfer Switch
8: Bad transfer switch.
My prime suspects are the circuit breaker (Park) plug/outlet junctions and loose screws..
Many RVers have a few screws loose, but of course I spolied the joke by telling you what screws I am referencing.
