If our rig is 50 amp, it has two legs of 120 volts to the rig.
I suspect that somewhere between the connector and the transfer switch one leg is open.
Do you have a twist lock style removable cord connector on your rig? If so check the cord body on the cable. Common for excess strain can pull the conductors out of the termination screw.
You can test by using an Ohm meter. Unplug and verify each conductor to next access location.
If everything works through the cord from a portable genset, then the issue is the source.
