As I said.. Many RVers have a few screws loose.
One of those ends (the same one you fixed) when the owner had no power in his rig I unplugged it from the RV and .. the cord fell out.
There are six screws in there L-1, L-2, N Safety ground and two cable clamp screws,, All six were loose.
Now least you think they came loose over time.... THE STICKER WAS STILL IN THE WINDOW OF THE TRAILER, this was it's first outing.
