Shoreline not working on Damon Astoria

Hi all I have a Damon Astoria 3773 2007 and for some reason the plug in shoreline has stopped working so no 240volts (I’m in the uk)at the sockets or charging batteries up etc,I have checked the obvious,fuses,trip switch’s but all are ok,any ideas where I go from here?check inverters?cheers if anyone can help.
  • Do you have a generator? Do you get power with that running? Possible transfer switch issue?
  • bump the box containing the swapover switch. It may be stuck

    I gotta ask....how did you check the outlet where you are plugged in?
  • Proper RV terms, at least in the U.S. are:

    Shore power cord

    ATS= Automatic Transfer Switch

    Not familiar with English 220 VAC.

    I know N America 50 amp is 240 VAC/60HZ with two hots, a neutral and a ground. 120 VAC between either hot and neutral or ground. 240 VAC hot to hot.

    How is your shore power different in England?
  • Once you have verified that there is shore power at the plug; unplug from power and remove the cover from the Automatic Transfer Switch box. Verify non of the wires are burned up and then tighten each connection. This should be a yearly maintenance item.
