Should I wax the fiberglass roof?

I wax mine twice a year. It's the same as your sidewalls, why not protect it. It will help keep it clean.

Some people use floor wax; I cannot recall the brand. I am sure someone will provide the brand name. As far as extending the life of the roof, I am not sure; it certainly would not hurt. Waxing will make the roof shine and easier to clean. You must be very careful when waxing the roof and also if climbing on the roof after it has been waxed. Be safe.

I did it on our last MH, I think it helps it stay clean and avoid black streaks, also protect it and extends the life. However it is a big job on top of all the rest of the MH and it does make the roof more slippery. I have not done it yet on our current MH but wish it was done. Just getting to old and lazy I guess. :)
