Showers in Class B motorhomes?
Are there any Bs that have a side wet bath, rather than an aisle shower? I find it very difficult to tell from photos. In the case of the aisle shower.... how much of a pain is it to use? Can you...

Yes. That will be your option for most B floorpans today. Only Roadtrek does the shower in the aisle thing, and that only for certain models on the Chevrolet Express platform, which allows them to cut into the floor. Nobody else does the shower in the aisle, nobody but Chevrolet allows cutting out the floor.
Anything else, the shower is in either a wet bath unit, or a separate shower in a dry bathroom, which takes up a huge amount of space, so that it will most likely be a B that accommodates two people at the most. Look at Winnebago's Era 70C for a dry bath in the back. Gulfstream offered something similar, dry bath in the back, inside a Sprinter van around 2003-2004.
