Showing my RV to prospective buyers

We have our Roadtrek for sale now.
Just showed it to a lady. I gave her a choice. I can give her a tour (which she accepted), or she can examine it on her own. Seemed to work well.
I also set the purchase standard - $200.00 non refundable cash down payment to pay for the vehicle inspection. Bank check(drawn on a local bank for the balance). Verification of the check will be required before transfer of title.
Never had a problem, so far. Have sold two other motor homes with that procedure without problems.
