We owned a Winnbago Vista 35F and the 1/2 bath in it was pretty large large even for a big guy.

I never feel cramped in ours. But then again I use it for taking care of business, not as a library or lounge. I think you will find that most of the time the 1/2 bath will be only used for secondary usage when the large bath is otherwise occupied. We also use our as the guest bath, that way our bath stays private.
