I know many folks do and this is not a criticism to them but I refuse to run it while we are all sleeping. I think it states clearly in the manual not to run the genset while sleeping due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. When I run mine and we are sitting still, I occasionally smell the exhaust so it doesn't take much to get fumes into something as poorly sealed and insulated as an RV. To be clear, I don't have a genturi and I don't dry camp a lot. But even if I did, I am not sure I would risk it. Just not a big fan of me or my family not waking up the next morning. That said, I know hundreds of people tailgating do it all the time. I imagine it's pretty safe, but not worth the risk for us.
