sleeping with generator on
I have a gas class a and I dry camp a lot but never sleep with gen. on at night has any body slept with gen running all night

My point was that he's talking about 'ANY' RV built the last 15 years. Did he mean just Newmars or 'ANY'?
There's quite a difference with RV builds. That covers a lot junk that could be poorly fitted. That also covers generators that are faulty or exhausts that are faulty or CO detectors not working or not even installed.
