Do u sleep with the generator running in your motorhome?

We have slept over out Onan more than a few times.
We have a good CO monitor and the only time the generator (APU) set it off, my daughter had left a rear window open.
It is actually easier to sleep over the APU than it is the Suburban coach heater.
