Is it necessary for slide outs to have carpets on the floor

If you get into any colder weather, you may find that a vinyl tile floor may be considerably colder than a carpet, but your can always put a throw rug on it, as under the dining table or something. That is what we have found anyway. Hope this may help. Happy Trails Bert
