slide out carpet
Is it necessary for slide outs to have carpets on the floor

I've been in a lot of motorhomes. And I mean a lot! Dealerahip doesn't want to deal with replacing flooring or whatever their reason for saying don't. I haven't seen a motorhome with slides that I wouldn't replace the carpet with laminate flooring. In fact I know a refurbisher of moho's here. He puts laminate in everything he buys to resell. EVERY MOTORHOME HE BUYS TO RESELL!
I like the hard flooring rather than laminate so I went with the Alluer
