Slide out leak

I have a 2005 Damon Intruder 391w. Bought in 2019 with 34000 miles. No problems until this year. I was camping when a rain storm hit. My living room slide started to leak. Water was coming in above the sofa. Pulled the slide in and it stopped. The slide toppers needed replacing so when I removed the old ones I inspected the seals. They seem ok. Uniform color, soft, straight. I found 2 pine needles and a small amount of dirt behind the. I did notice however the black seal on top of the rubberized slide roof had a couple of waves. The seals did not look original in the fact that they did not meet in the corners. Can anyone tell me what seals I would purchase, the owners manual doesnt say. Can the waves on the rubberized top be sealed? Thank you
