I solve the problem. This slide has a bar between the gearbox on each side. On each end of the bar is a pin with a cotter pin through it.
I removed the pin on one side and the bar slide off the gearbox shaft. I then used the hand crank to even the left side with the right.
BTW the left side had hit the drivers seat before so I assumed that was the side out of whack.
I put it back together and it works perfect now. I do have a small gap at the top seal but its flush at the bottom. Maybe after our trip I will let an RV shop fine tune the adjustment, at least now we can go camping!
Well I learned how the slide works now. For the record the brand of the slide is Liftco.
