From looking at my 2008 Newmar it appears that the most accessible place to the roller is as it goes down the ramp, with mine in there is only about one inch clearance at the ceiling. As it descends the ramp the top has more clearance to allow jacking up. The roller is fastened to the underside of the slide floor with 8 screws that will require a very close angled screwdriver. Very close working area if even possible. Talking with a RV dealer they said they would remove the inside trim facing around the slide and move the slide outside the MH to access the rollers if they needed replacing.
