slide outs

rep has only talked with me by phone on various concerns. from slide outs to brown spots forming under the protective film on front of motorhome. we had a warranty for a couple of years and it appeared many of our concerns were not covered or only partially covered. example broke down in campground with slide not retracting-----paid service call and that was all. this was Good Sams Warranty. There seemed to always be some type of exception I fell into. Locked our selves out of motorhome around 7PM two summers ago, called, they did not have a person come till 9AM need morning.Had to call for a taxi and stay at the closest hotel 45 minutes away. Just had usually bad experience with warranties. I've been able to fix many things myself. And I understand that things do break. But these slides are costing me $500-$1200 each time the look at them. They seem to work couple of moths then something else needs repairing. I spend a lot of time doing maintenance and checking things over. Just finished sealing the roof to side wall section where cracks forming in seam, draining water from behind maker lights, sealing around the antenna, calking the front and rear cap seal.I especially give attention to the slide rams.
