Check the rubber wipers on the outside walls between the slide and the RV wall. They get stiff with age, creating drag which causes the motor to work harder and thereby using more amps and tripping the automatic resetting circuit breaker. I fixed mine with the same problem by treating the rubber with 303 protectant and the slide walls with silicone lubricant.
