Slide seal replacement
Need to replace bedroom slide seal on 2003 Mandalay, on scale of 1-10 how hard is it? And best place to buy the new seal tore on last trip stuck on slide.

I replaced all 3 of my slide seals. Did it at the same time I was replacing slide toppers. If you have awnings over your slides they will almost certainly need to come off. The hardest part was working with the new seal in the limited space between the slide and the wall - it was rough on the fingers and knuckles. My experience is that you have to work a few inches at a time getting the seal in position and pressing it onto the lip of the opening. I would say it was about a 7 overall. I got my new seal material from Monaco to make sure I got the right stuff.
