On my 99 Windsor I found a leak at where the inside flange (behind fascia) attached to the slide body. I used 5200 sealant at inside corner to fix. I found a new flipper seal at http://www.uni-grip.com/dealer_catalog.pdf
Make sure the seal flips. I added a non skid strip (1", not too rough, not sandpaper) around the perimeter about 4" from the inside to help the seal flip.
