Probably not a problem. I doubt you have anything to worry about.
But if it really concerns you that much, go to Walmart and buy a couple of spring loaded compression curtain rods. Adjust the length and stick them between the edge molding and the inside of the wall. On the front and rear of each slide out. They will be strong enough to hold the slide out from moving out. If you are concerned with their strength, just double up with two on front and two on back.
