Slides won't slide on 2005 Allegro

Thanks very much for all of your input. We have a 2005 Tiffin Allegro Open Road, 34 foot with a large slide in living room, small bedroom slide. We believe this is an electrical issue, because when we pulled in, put levels down and pushed slide, there was no movement, and no noise of any kind. Both slides are affected.?????
As I posted previously, check to see if you have power to the solenoid that operate both slides.
