Thanks everyone for the info. I have it fixed and here is what happened. I called Tiffin and got a tech on the line. I took my test light and checked the breakers and slow blow fuses for power. They were all hot. Then I tried the switch again and both slides worked. Thats good for now but, who knows? At least now I know how to let them in and out by hand. I am sure the problem will return. Again thanks everyone for the help. Second week fulltimers
