Small used Class C--good idea or false economy?

I am currently shopping for a small (21-23) ft Class C to use as a fulltiming rig. (I live and work alone, and my job is online.) However, I've set a tight budget for myself--$10,000 maximum purchase ...

When you are looking at older rigs, smaller doesn't mean cheaper. I would look for something larger in your price range. We have a 21 C and I wouldn't want to live in it.
