Snap-on screens as tire covers

Hey all-

We have a large class A and have used the typical Campingworld-type tire covers for years. We're considering purchasing a set of the snap-on, dark, mesh-fabric covers. For those who have such covers, what's your experience with them? Any advice?

There's a company in the Las Vegas park we're in right now who will install them for $65 per wheel well.

Opinions welcome!

Thanks-

Dave

  • Dave, if you are in Oasis RV Park in Las Vegas you are probably speaking of Kenny White. I would highly recommend him!!! Don't believe me you can check out www.rvservicereviews.com. He did our windshield cover, driver's side window and door window one year. We were so impressed we had him do our large livingroom window and wheel covers the next year. He was on a winning streak with us so this past year we had him do the two windows in our slide out. They are all custom cut and fit. Done and installed by him. I am sure the tire covers had made a large difference in keeping UV off the side walls.
