Have just become full timers. First winter in motor-home , presently in NC. Have have temps in the teens for several days each week for last several weeks. Appears that a snow storm is heading our way...

We had 9" in MI before we left with slides out along with every body else in the park. We also had the jacks down the whole time and never had a problem with them when we left. We were parked for a month and half most of the time below freezing. We used an electric fire place and extended stay kit went threw two 30# bottles a week average. The coldest was -3 and we used a 30# in a day and a half so make sure you have enough propane.
