So cheap it's sad..........

I will say my 2004 Tropical shows 2000 miles on the odometer. That's because it has reset itself to 0 two times now. So it's very possible the reading is messed up. If this really does have 400000 miles on it, then it was owned by a band or something along those lines that spent a lot of time on the road. Most regular RVers don't put those kind of miles on.
