Can you give us details about the charge controller?
What is the input voltage for the Magnum inverter?
I would suggest you look at the Platinum Cat which is a vented catalytic heater, rather than the non vented type. It does use a tiny smidgen of 12 volt power, but it also has a thermostat so it can be set at a comfortable temperature.
