Generator power is fine - front ac is working well on our 10k gen set - breakers are fine (heat and blower run) - I checked and wiggled all the connections inside the interior grill - all seem fine.

I'm wondering if the thermostat switch (that performs the off/ac/heat) settings can be jumpers or by-passed some how
