rgatijnet1...I guess I need to add my "air seal front door" to my likes although I never think about it and how quiet it makes it. Ok, I do notice it when the DW tries to open the door and I have not put it in Neutral. You know the "LOOK" they can give you.:S

The air seal door is worth the work - it came out right after mine was built - the door was replaced and the new one with air seal installed - no way I could have lived without it.
She Loves the trips but she just needs the House - I've got a 1400+ sq ft one bedroom design that I would like to have One in Colorado and One Maryland/Delaware - commute back and forth for the shoulder seasons till they pry my foot off the accelerator. That would be my Dream.
