Cabover Rebuild Thread
In retrospect, I should have walked away from ours. However, now that the rebuild is complete, old Mabel is AWESOME! We absolutely love taking our RV out and spending weekends "camping" as a family and with our friends.
I rebuilt my cab A/C (with some good advice/help from j-d) and I can offer advice.
I also think that simply buying a small genny and running the A/C off that while you drive down the road would be a good idea. Honda 2000i is the cat's meow, but Harbor Freight sells a little 2500 watt unit for $500 that sure looks tempting too.
