Source for HWH R2365 springs ??

It's been over 2 years and HWH still doesn't have the springs in stock.
Anyone have a source for R2365 spring kits ? I've been using the trusty 2x4 to raise the jacks the last couple of inches when needed, but would like to replace the springs so I can retire the 2x4 !!!
  • You can get new springs, but that will NOT fix your problem. HWH jack cylinders can easily be fully retracted with your hand without springs. Your problem is, you need the cylinders either rebuilt or replaced. The inner seals are defective causing the lack of full retraction. Doug (working on HWH systems for 35 years)

PS. your 2013 has the newest updated springs from HWH.
  • JoeH,
I have not verified but Visone RV supposedly has the HWH R2365 springs in stock for $89.99 plus shipping. Phone number is 606-843-9889.
    Good Luck!
  • I wipe mine down once in a while with a paper towel sprayed with WD-40. I also got springs from either Amazon or Ebay...Don't remember which.
  • Look at the springs. IF they are tapered at both ends, your springs are fine. HWH jack cylinders can easily be fully retracted by just using your hand and pushing up. IF you have to use Boards or a lever to get the cylinder completely up that last few inches, your internal seals on the offending jacks are the problem. Either send in to HWH for rebuild or order rebuilt cylinders from HWH if they have them in stock. Some local Hydraulic shops may be able to rebuild also. Doug
