Interesting but where do you put them in a Class B? I carry those patio zero gravity lounge chairs for outside use but inside I gave a lot of thought to this and came up with electrically operated articulating beds that can be beds, zero gravity loungers, lazy boys or just sit up and read and watch TV. The foot, back and head all operate separately to adjust any position you want within limits of course. :)
I saw a picture today online that gave me a idea ,
Right now I have typical drivers and passenger, seats that sit on top of 8 inch high storage boxes , I also have a partition with swing doors that are extremely nice but in the picture I saw the guy had a solid partition wall behind the drivers seat that extended half way accross the van , behind were the passenger seat would go there was no partition wall on the passenger half of the van . He was able to do this because he had no passenger seat , instead it was a walk thru .
A added bonus to his set up was he aslo had more usable room behind drivers seat because no walk thru there.
It really opened it up and made it more spacious.
So if I had a chair like the first one in this thread (the red one)
It would be portable , when camping its in the back , when somebody wants to ride along , pull up the chair and have a quick connect to fasten it down , the storage box underneath seat would move along right under the new chair
