Sprinter convex mirror dropped off...
... somewhere in Arizona. No, I didn't see it go, I just noticed that it wasn't there the next time I stopped. It was the driver's side lower mirror.
I just spoke to a Dodge dealer about ordering a new one. Are you sitting down? They quoted me $800 for the whole mirror unit! I couldn't believe it!
I didn't have the nerve to ask a Mercedes dealer -- who knows how much they would quote me?
Yes, I know, I can go to Walmart or any auto parts store and buy one of the little circular ones. In fact, I already have one.
But, I'd like something a little bigger, that would fit into the space and give me as much visibility as possible. I really valued having that mirror, and I miss it. Not, however, $800 worth!
I'm sure I'm not the only B-lover (or is that B-liever) that has lost this mirror. What other options are available?
