sprinter maintenance reset
how do you reset the sprinter mb maintenance reminder? I do not have the steering wheel buttons. I have read the books but nothing says how to reset the miles. your spinter experience help is appreciated

- First time, I found a garage that had the hand held computer that they attached to the plug under the dash and reset the mileage for me. Since then, I don't even bother. I just keep a small notebook with mileage and oil change info. I change the diesel oil and all filters myself.
- Here's a text version of the same procedure:
- Ignition on (don't start engine)
- Wait for vehicle mileage to show
- Hold "0" for 30+ seconds until beep
- Cycle "M" until "rESET .51" appears
- Hold "0" for 3+ seconds until "2" appears
- Release "0" and press again, should say the reset is done
