You can only fix it by purchasing a new motorhome. Spraying lubricant will only mask the problem.
As time goes on and miles accumulate, chassis get more flex to them and the gap between the chassis and the house will experience some flexing motion. It can be re-caulked, resealed, or you can lubricate the seal to help with the noise, but there really is no cure for chassis flex.
