I haven't noticed any difference but it would take a pretty strong wind for them to have any effect, I would imagine.

Me too. About the only thing I've read are glowing reports by owners, now that I've owned them and driven with them I'm a big fan. Only have had them on the RV for 600 odd miles now so I don't know their life span, time will tell.
