We travel 395 frequently and rather than stay at the Ridgecrest WalMart we park overnight in Bishop at the Von's/KMart shopping center right on 395. It has a very large parking lot, it's quiet and Von's is a great market that has a Starbucks inside. There is also a Safeway gas station on the same site which has Diesel and if you get a Safeway card they will give you 2 cents a gallon off.Von's is owned by Safeway and you can get the Safeway card there.
