I've not heard of anyone complaining about Excels with regard to width. They are a couple inches wider, just like the Roadtrek 210s, but they don't fill the full 100 inches like some B+ rigs do.
Length-wise, an Excel is about 19-20 feet, so should fit in a normal parking space.
The only real way to find out is to test drive one, or just see how it fits in a parking space.
As for stealth parking, it still looks like a van, because of the way it tapers from back to front. However, the vents and awning will give it away to anyone familiar with "B"s.
