How many miles a year will you be driving? You would be one in 10,000 to replace 22.5 tires on an RV because you have worn out the tread.
Handling is better with LESS tread depth (less squirm). I would prefer a tire with 18/32" tread or LESS. Again, unless you are planning to drive over a 100,000 miles on the set of tires, tread wear is really a non-issue.
