I have the Ford F53 chassis and would really like to better control the sway from big rigs passing and high cross winds on the highway. I would also like more control from potholes (California has some Terrible roads) and the possibility of a blowout.
Rear track bar. Most steering issues are a result of the rear axle and chassis not staying centered. We installed a brazzels rear track bar and semis dont sway us at all now, not even a hint. Cured all wandering issues.
