You do not need a booster. You have a problem elsewhere unless you have resolved it via PM and we are out of the loop. The Sensar Pro is as good an amp as is currently available. Be sure to start with the Gain set to 10. That's zero boost. Going below 10 reduces the signal and 11-20 gives 1-10 db of boost.
If you have not done so, you need to go up on the roof, remove the coax from the roof top antenna and use a multi-meter to verify that you have 12 VDC available in the coax cable itself (touch center connector and outside collar).
Since it appears to be a newer digital TV, be sure that you take any converter out and that the wiring to the Sensar Pro goes directly to the OTA antenna and the output is directly to your TV.
