Could be a bad battery. Load test all batteries. If OK disconnect the isolator and check the chassis battery. If not OK I'd check the voltage at the alternator output to it's frame, it's frame to chassis frame, it's output to the battery post, and negative battery post to chassis. Post means the actual battery post and NOT the attached cable connector. You're looking for a bad cable connector to post and even a bad wire to cable connector connection.
