Still having charging problems 2004 Newmar

Our voltage will not show an increase in voltage for several hours of engine run time. The alternator will charge the chassis batteries first, then when the chassis batteries are above 13.2 volts the isolator will sense a voltage difference, then close and start the charge on the house batteries. at the end of a 8 hour driving day both sets of batteries will show 14.2-4.
